Helpline Counsellor Training

How it works?

Our formal training process allows our volunteer helpline counsellors and volunteer youth workers complete over 40 hours of training before they begin their roles. This training is run in evenings and Saturdays over a 3 month period, and is facilitated by experienced Youthline Members, as well as external facilitators with specialised knowledge.
