HelplineOur helpline networks nine independent Youthline’s together to provide a 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, free service.
This allows our small local organisation of volunteers to help provide a 24-hour helpline for young people. We retain our independence and local community focus, and, by combining the background IT and service procedures, we make a far greater impact. |

Youth WorkYouth Work is the development of a mana enhancing relationship between Youth Workers and Rangatahi, focused upon fostering meaningful relationships through Strengths Based practice, establishing agency and advocacy for Rangatahi to thrive in settings led by them.
The Youth Workers Service provides a range of programmes delivered to young people in local communities, to resource and equip young people to learn, grow, overcome and thrive. The means of connection develops to suit the needs of the young people involved. Youth Workers are led by team leaders who coordinate activities designed to reach young people in a variety of ways, focusing on intermediate and high school ages. |
