Learn how to support other young people and develop your life skills. Take one of our free interactive workshops and learn some new skills, and come to the weekend extravaganza Good2Great.
WorkshopsOur workshops are free for Christchurch. When they can be done depends on when our young volunteer facilitators are available. Groups between 8 and 12 young people work best. We can come to your school or workplace or run an evening session in the central city.

Mental Health First AidWhat do you do when someone comes to you really upset?
Give them a little TLC This is an 1 and a half hour interactive training that gives you the skills.
