Over the last year we managed 298,730 connections through our 24/7 Helpline, and supported 41,000 young people.
1 in 3 texts we receive are currently about depression, anxiety, self-harm and suicide.
1 in 7 relate directly to suicide.
Our staff and volunteers work tirelessly 24/7 to ensure young people across the nation know how and where to get support when they need it.
