What's involved in training?
Training begins with a weekend camp from a Friday evening to a Sunday afternoon. After this, training consists of two two-hour sessions a week over 6 weeks. These are often held over two evenings each week, but we are also currently looking at running the two training sessions together over a weekend afternoon. Dates for each training will be given closer to that particular training.
Trainees are then supported to work independently on the phones.
