Get Your Groove On at Youthline Auckland

So You Think You Can Dance runner-up Justin Haiu brings street style to the people next week, teaching dance classes at Youthline House in Ponsonby‘Dance around the world’ is a ten week class held on Wednesday evenings, teaching different styles of dance and ways of movement.

 

It is an open class, for all ages and experience levels, even beginners, and people can come to the class at any stage during the ten weeks.

 

Justin says the music and dance movements will be quite fluid but will include as much hip hop as possible, in line with his own passion for street dancing. He is encouraging the community to come along and give dancing a go.

 

“Dancing builds self confidence, is an avenue to express yourself, build fitness and most of all its fun.”Justin, who says his first inspiration was Michael Jackson has been dancing from a young age and following his success in So You Think you can Dance is looking to build his career in New Zealand and overseas.

 

He became involved with Youthline last year and says he loves working with young people.
